Ventilated Dry Cargo Truck Box

Active Air Circulation

This cargo body integrates a passive cross-ventilation system with 4 side-mounted louvered vents and 2 roof exhaust ports, creating continuous natural airflow that prevents condensation buildup, mold growth, and odor accumulation. Ideal for transporting agricultural products, fresh produce, and humidity-sensitive goods.

Humidity Control: Internal humidity levels remain within 10% of ambient, eliminating cargo sweat and condensation damage without requiring powered refrigeration units.

Ventilation Components

4* side louver vents (2 per side) with stainless steel insect mesh (1.5mm aperture)
2* roof turbine exhaust vents for passive hot air extraction
Adjustable vent dampers for seasonal airflow control
Internal baffle design prevents water ingress during rain or washing
Total vent area: 0.12m² providing 6 air changes per hour at highway speed
