Product Description

Thermal Insulated Dry Cargo Box

Temperature-Stable Cargo Protection

Enhanced with an integrated closed-cell XPS foam insulation layer bonded within the panel core, this dry cargo body maintains internal temperatures within ±5°C of loading temperature for up to 8 hours. Not a refrigerated unit, but sufficient thermal protection for temperature-sensitive dry goods.

Use Case: Chocolate, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and fine wines that need protection from extreme heat or cold during same-day delivery without requiring powered refrigeration.

Insulation Construction

Panel composition: FRP (1.5mm) + XPS foam (20mm) + PP honeycomb (18mm) + FRP (1.5mm)
Total panel thickness: 41mm with overall K-value of 0.38 W/m²K
Thermal bridge elimination: Polyamide strip breaks in all aluminum extrusions
Door seals: Quad-fin EPDM with magnetic strip for airtight closure
Roof: Additional 30mm XPS layer under white reflective roof skin
